Chichester Harbour Race Week will be from Monday 15th to Friday 18th August inclusive. We are expecting another excellent turnout to rival the 383 boats in 2021, crewed by nearly 600 competitors from 65 clubs across the UK.
For 2022 the five day event will again be hosted by Hayling Island Sailing Club, an RYA Centre of Excellence, with great racing provided afloat by our four race teams and a friendly welcoming club ashore.
Nineteen separate starts are scheduled providing class racing for the: Fireball, Flying Fifteen, Hadron H2 & DZero & RS Aero 9, Finn, 29er, RS 200, RS Aero 7 &6, RS Aero 5, Solo, ILCA 6 & 4, RS Feva, RS Tera Sport, Optimist and RS Elite, together with handicap fleets for Asymmetrics (PY 940 & below), Medium Fleet (PY between 1036 & 1220) and Cruisers (mono hulls between 7 & 15m).
