To promote the development of ‘foiling’ across Chichester Harbour is was agreed at the AGM and recent Spring Meeting to post on the Federation website details of HISC’s Foiling Policy and Strategy document together the club’s Voluntary Foiling Code of Conduct to assist other clubs and organisations.
