The Federation Youth Initiative
Supporting young sailors throughout the region in the form of race training, regattas and social sailing will hopefully inspire the next generation of sailors.
We aim to provide additional opportunities in the form of RYA coached race training throughout the harbour. This will give all sailors a taste of the training on offer from the RYA. The training supports the existing squad system and club calendars allowing squad and non-squad sailors to train together.
